Weekend = Workout & Cardio / Sun-tanning + Study !!!!!!!!

Sounds boring??????????????
But i’m enjoying my time training for my ideal lean & rip bods. I can see the result. Even Mayur (A friend i met at Ponggol CC gym) commented about my improvement and growth after these few months of consistent hard work.
Protein powder is also doing alot of help with my recovery progress. This is the 4th week that i’m taking protein supplement. My weight maintained at 74.5kg – 75kg. (Last measured TODAY at Energy ONE gym) Bull shit to whoever that mentioned protein powder makes u bulky and gain weight! If u consume it at the right amount and have adequate training, u will NOT grow FAT at all! I have been maintaining my current weight for the past 4 weeks of protein consumption.
I will ONLY consume it after my gym workout. 3/4 scoop of the 1 scoop serving size. Sometimes i will consume 1/2 scoop in the morning and the other 1/2 scoop after my gym workout for that day. It depends on my diet for that day itself. From what i know, each time your body is only able to absorb 16g of protein. So 1 scoop consist of 24g (as mentioned on the nutrition table on the packaging). There fore by taking abt 3/4 means i’m consuming approximately 18g of protein after my workout. Not too bad, i guess.
Anyway, for this weekend, i did shoulder and traps on sat. Chest and biceps on today. As for my back, triceps and traps, i did it on one of the weekday in camp. I did a 5 km run on monday and another hardcore 5 km ( consist alot of up slopes) today. I ran past henderson wave today
I love the feeling of being up there
