I have decided to keep track of my training & my weight every week !!!
Instead of gg reviewing it every month end, doing it at the end of each week keeps me more FOCUS and consistent with my workout and cardio.
I set up a training fitness schedule using Excel spreadsheet. It’s pretty efficient and i’m able to track the no of workouts and cardio i will be doing each week. I’m more aware of the body parts i’m working out for each gym session
Current weight is 76.4 kg
Last week is 75 kg
Going to put more effort in cardio
