Fitness updates

Hmm…
Weekend = Workout & Cardio / Sun-tanning  + Study !!!!!!!!
(Cardio – includes swimming or running)

My No.1 Idol

Mr Logan aka Wolverine aka Hugh Jackman
After watching the movie X-Men Origins (Wolverine) , i’m very much INSPIRED by him!!!
Look at his lean & rip bod, his v-shape torso, his 2 sexy big guns (arms), his muscular chest…

Fitness Evaluation

Evaluation for the month of April.
 
I have been keeping a CLOSE watch on my DIET and my fitness regime starting from this year.
GOOD NEWS:
Lost another 3 Kgs after 8 weeks of combined cardio/gym/abs training. Current weight now is 75 Kgs.
Glad to say that I’m getting closer and closer to my fitness goal for yr 2009!!!
